Education Technology :: Our Objectives

There are many very good articles about education technology on the Internet that are useful including articles at TeknologiPendidikan.Net and we have provided many useful links in our links section. The objective of this website is mainly to provide information in Indonesian language that is appropriate to the situation here in Indonesia, and can be used directly by education practitioners in the field. However, We believe that many of the issues and questions raised at this site are relevant in all countries, even the most advanced.

At TeknologiPendidikan.Net we can read their "Visi Teknologi Pendidikan" vision for education technology (Membaca lengkap):
"Peningkatan teknologi pendidikan sebagai ilmu dan profesi ditentukan oleh kawasan dan bidang garapan. Teori berfungsi sebagai pemandu jalur arah perkembangan teknologi pendidikan agar benar. Bidang garapan mengembangkan, menerapkan, membuktikan, dan memperbaiki teori berdasarkan masukan dari lapangan." (Ref: Visi Teknologi Pendidikan, February, 2008)

Our vision for education technology is much simpler. Education Technology is a growing range of technologies that can be utilized by education practitioners whenever their application will improve the quality of the Learning and Teaching Process. Improve Teaching and Learning Activity (TLA) Effectiveness.

Sering kalau visi maupun definisi adalah terlalu luas dan akademik kita dapat lupa isu dasar yang paling penting.

Sebagai "Ilmuwan/ti Teknologi Pendidikan Profesional" kita perlu ingat terus bahwa:
"Educational technology is most simply and comfortably defined as an array of tools that might prove helpful in advancing student learning." Ref: Educational Technology Beberapa macam alat yang mungkin dapat membantu

Dalam kewajiban kita sebagai "Ilmuwan/ti Teknologi Pendidikan Profesional" kita akan sering di dalam keadaan di mana kita perlu merekomendsikan teknologi yang sangat sederhana, atau bahwa "client" kita tidak memakai teknologi pendidikan sama sekali.
